Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All digital items — including Bible studies, guides, journals, and printables — are delivered instantly.
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link. No physical item will be shipped.
If you don’t see your download email, check your spam folder or reach out to me and I’ll make sure you get it.
Physical Products (Books, Merch, and More)
All physical items are printed and shipped by my trusted fulfillment partners. Processing and shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and the shipping method selected.
Please note: Some products ship separately to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address was entered and the order has already shipped, the carrier may not be able to reroute it. In these cases, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees.
If you catch an error early, message me immediately and I’ll do my best to update it before fulfillment begins.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking number provided.
If they can’t locate it, contact me and I will help you from there.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I’ll gladly send a replacement.
International Shipping
